Inner Child Healing Personal Coaching

Schedule a 20-minute connect call with Lara to discuss your journey and start your healing process. The workshops are created to work on Identifying and addressing unresolved childhood trauma. Healing your emotional wounds and releasing limiting beliefs. Reconnecting with your inner child and nurturing self-love and acceptance. Cultivating resilience and emotional balance to experience greater joy, fulfillment, and authenticity in your life.

Inner Child Healing Retreats

Lara offers Inner Child Healing Retreats that are a therapeutic process aimed at addressing and resolving emotional wounds, traumas, and patterns of behavior that originated in childhood. The concept is based on the idea that early childhood experiences shape our beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors in adulthood. Inner child work would involve reconnecting with and nurturing the wounded or neglected aspects of oneself that may have been suppressed or ignored during childhood.

Time-Line Therapy

This is a form of therapy which is directly linked to NLP and is highly effective for releasing negative emotions which run our behavior. This is used together with coaching. This is extremely effective for heavily charged emotional events and traumas.

Counselling & Life Skills

Lara uses a combination of counselling methods mostly incorporating the Person Centered Approach and Cognitive Behavioral Approach. She helps the client draw on existing resources within themselves and process events which may have been suppressed or distorted. With this she elicits life skills for the client to use in order to achieve the results they seek.

Master Personal Breakthrough Experience

This is a program designed to achieve fast, long lasting results using NLP techniques and Time-Line Therapy. This program generally runs over a 6-month period. Once the initial Breakthrough program is complete one can then do the Mini Personal Breakthrough when needed.
